BAHAN DAN BUMBU :

4 potong tahu putih
1 liter minyak goreng

Haluskan :

3 siung bawang putih
1 sendok teh merica bubuk
1 sendok makan kaldu ayam bubuk
¼ sendok teh gula pasir
garam secukupnya

CARA MEMBUAT TAHU BULAT GORENG :

Masukkan tahu dalam mangkuk yang agak besar. Simpan dalam lemari pendingin (bukan freezer) selama semalam.
