RESEP EUNGKOT PAYA KHAS ACEH



RESEP GULAI IKAN GABUS (EUNGKOT PAYA) KHAS ACEH

Bahan dan Bumbu :

500 gram ikan gabus, potong-potong sesuai selera
air perasan jeruk nipis
garam secukupnya
5 sdm kelapa sangrai, haluskan
2 tangkai daun kari (salam koja), ambil daunnya
3 lembar daun jeruk
10 mata asam sunti
700 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa

haluskan :

2 sdm ketumbar sangrai
1 sdt kunyit bubuk
8 butir bawang merah
5 siung
